Th-300b on line monitoring system of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in atmospheric environment
The ambient air is collected by the sampling system and then enters the concentration system. Under ultra-low temperature conditions, volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere are frozen and captured in an empty capillary column; then the compounds are quickly heated and analyzed to make the compounds enter the GCMS analysis system; after being separated by chromatographic column, they are detected by FID and MS detector.

天虹TH-300B助力杭州G20峰會(huì)
武漢天虹環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)股份有限公司受國家環(huán)保部委托,派出TH-300B VOCs在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)參加G20峰會(huì)長三角區(qū)域環(huán)境空氣VOCs自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè),負(fù)責(zé)上海淀山湖空氣自動(dòng)站,江蘇宜興市監(jiān)測(cè)站空氣自動(dòng)站,安徽蕪湖市監(jiān)測(cè)站空氣自動(dòng)站三個(gè)站點(diǎn)的VOCs在線監(jiān)測(cè)工作,圓滿完成了各項(xiàng)任務(wù);并配合專家進(jìn)行盲樣測(cè)試、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考核及儀器空白等多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的評(píng)估工作。
2015年9月至2016年8月,天虹公司用TH-300B系統(tǒng)離線對(duì)全國14個(gè)國家大氣背景空氣站VOCs進(jìn)行定性、定量分析,累計(jì)定性檢出97種各類VOCs。
TH-300A污染源揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)
儀器采用專用色譜柱組合、中心切割加反吹技術(shù)和氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器(FID)技術(shù)進(jìn)行甲烷和非甲烷總烴的檢測(cè)。樣品采集到定量環(huán)后,切換進(jìn)樣閥,在載氣的帶動(dòng)下分別進(jìn)入色譜柱中分離。其中一路總烴進(jìn)入FID檢測(cè)器中得到,另外一路氧氣和甲烷從PQ色譜柱中分離,進(jìn)入5A色譜柱中,切換閥位置后烴類被反吹,甲烷進(jìn)入FID檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)得到。
● 采用中心切割加反吹專利技術(shù),符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《HJ/T38-1999》,直接測(cè)量甲烷和非甲烷總烴;
● 采用專用的色譜柱組合,樣品180℃保溫。30s內(nèi)出峰,無殘留,靈敏度高;
● 儀器具有開機(jī)自檢功能,斷氣保護(hù)功能,短期自動(dòng)重啟功能和報(bào)警功能,保證系統(tǒng)安全和穩(wěn)定性;
● FID檢測(cè)器具有自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火功能和寬量程輸出,線性范圍10-7;
● 使用自動(dòng)電子流量控制技術(shù)(EPC)控制載氣、空氣和氫氣,高精度(0.01psi),重復(fù)性和再現(xiàn)好;
